Built From 25 Years in Collision Repair.
OPVantis wasn’t dreamed up in a boardroom. It came out of more than 25 years in the collision repair industry — the problems an operator lived firsthand, and the ones other shop operators kept running into too. It exists to solve what no estimating system, spreadsheet, or disconnected app was ever going to fix.OPVantis wasn’t dreamed up in a boardroom. It came out of more than 25 years in collision repair — the problems an operator lived firsthand.

OPVantis Was Born From Four Frustrations.
Every one of them is something collision centers live with every day — and something OPVantis was built, from the ground up, to fix.
Repairs That Stall Out
Cars sitting with no visibility and no accountability — because the management systems shops relied on never had either one baked in.
Too Many Disconnected Programs
The growing pile of separate programs and applications a shop had to buy just to attempt to run the business efficiently and profitably.
Daily Pain Points Nobody Solved
The everyday problems causing those stall-outs — and all the things those programs and applications still weren’t solving for.
No Way to Measure Performance
No system that gave measurable data across every part of the repair, so a manager and team could know exactly how they were performing, whether processes were being followed, and whether those processes were actually working — for performance and for the guest.
A System Built by Someone Who Has Lived This for 25 Years.
OPVantis comes from more than 25 years working in collision repair — not from a software company guessing at what shops need. It was built by an operator who spent that quarter-century on the floor: writing estimates, fighting supplements, running production boards, and living every stall-out and disconnected tool the industry hands a shop. The team behind it stays close to the trade through industry councils, associations, and collision education programs.
The platform grew out of two things: the pain points hit firsthand over a long career on the floor, and the ones other shop operators shared along the way — through industry councils, trade associations, I-CAR, and years of trade-show networking. Same problems, different shops, and no tool on the market that actually solved them.
So every feature gets measured against one test: does it help a real shop, on a real Tuesday, with real cars, real customers, and real carriers? If it doesn’t, it doesn’t ship.
What That Means for You
The Principles Behind the Platform.
Do the Right Thing, Always
It’s the first principle of the company — by the shop, by the customer, and by the car.
Proper, Safe Repairs First
Software should make safe, OEM-correct repairs easier to run and prove — never provide a shortcut around them.
Built by Operators
Every decision comes from people who have stood on a collision floor and run the numbers.
One Connected System
Not another app to bolt on. One operating layer that replaces the patchwork of tools and trackers.
Measure Everything That Matters
Real-time and historical data on every process, role, and result — so you always know where you stand.
Configurable to Your Shop
Keep your way of operating. OPVantis makes it visible, measurable, and better — without forcing a rigid mold.
Collision Shops Deserve an Operating System —
Not Another Disconnected App.
Traditional systems manage repair files. OPVantis manages the operation around every repair file — connecting the people, processes, communication, and performance data that decide whether a shop wins. That’s the whole reason we exist.
