SMS Messaging Terms
Effective May 12, 2026
Program Description
OPVantis LLC (“OPVantis,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a software and communications platform used by collision repair facilities to communicate with their customers regarding active vehicle repairs and related service updates.
SMS messages sent through the OPVantis platform are transactional and service-related in nature and are intended only for users who have directly opted in to receive such communications from the specific collision repair facility with which they are doing business.
Types of Messages
Users who opt in may receive SMS messages related to:
- Vehicle repair status updates
- Appointment coordination
- Parts arrival notifications
- Repair delays
- Vehicle pickup notifications
- Repair authorization requests
- Customer support communications
Message frequency varies based on repair activity. Most customers receive approximately 2-6 messages per repair event.
Message and data rates may apply.
How Users Opt In
End users opt in by providing their mobile phone number through an OPVantis-powered intake or communication form operated for a specific collision repair facility.
Before messages are sent, users must provide express consent by acknowledging a disclosure that clearly discloses:
- the business sending the messages
- the purpose of the messages
- message frequency expectations
- message and data rate disclosures
- STOP and HELP instructions
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
SMS consent applies only to the specific business with which the consumer interacts and is not transferable between businesses, organizations, or affiliates.
Opt-Out Instructions
Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After opting out, users will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless they provide new consent.
Help Instructions
Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
